Refund Policy

Returns
All music sales are final. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Orders that have already shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@otherworldsthanthese.com within 7 days of delivery, and include photos of the damage.

Return Conditions
If a return is approved (for example, a defective replacement), the item must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, handling, or tampering will not be accepted.

Abuse of Returns or Cancellations
Frequent cancellations or refund requests may result in future orders being declined. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who repeatedly violate this policy.
