Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods
We primarily ship via USPS using First-Class, Ground Advantage, Media Mail, or Priority Mail services, depending on the size and weight of your order.
All shipments include tracking (except where unavailable in certain regions).

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and the total weight of your order.
Domestic orders over any promotional threshold may qualify for free shipping, as indicated during checkout or in promotional materials.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS International services. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country’s postal service.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is handed off to USPS, delivery times and tracking updates are beyond our control. If your package is delayed, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
If your order appears lost, please email us at support@otherworldsthanthese.com and we’ll assist in filing a claim or determining next steps.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@otherworldsthanthese.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged packaging and item so we can review and arrange a replacement if eligible.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
